Production Description:
PC plastic, English name of Polycarbonate, referred to as PC, is an amorphous thermoplastic. It is a general term for a class of polymer compounds containing carbonate structure in the molecular chain and various materials prepared on the basis of it. According to the different ester groups in the molecular structure, it can be divided into aliphatic group, alicyclic group, aromatic group and aliphatic aromatic group. And bisphenol A type polycarbonate is the most important, the molecular weight is usually 30-100,000. In the absence of special instructions, the commonly referred to polycarbonate refers to bisphenol A type polycarbonate and its modified varieties. Because of its excellent mechanical properties, commonly known as bulletproof adhesive.
Tailored Performance: Balances transparency, strength, and processability for niche uses.
Cost Reduction: Blends like PC/ABS lower material costs while maintaining core properties.
Durability: Enhanced UV, chemical, and thermal stability for harsh environments.
Regulatory Compliance: Meets flame safety (UL94), food contact (FDA), and medical standards.
